Upcycled ~ Trash to Treasure ~ Literally

Here are some examples of “UpCycling,” a term which references the value-added nature of certain recycling efforts. These examples all happen to be from http://www.uncommongoods.com but there are many other sources out there. Just do a search for the term “upcycle” or “trashion” (I love that one, fashion made from trash)… OR, just go to my archived newsletters (the link is in the right-hand column), and there are plenty of links there to some upcycled repurposing (like charm bracelets made from Scrabble pieces or Barbie accessories…

I warn you that some of the following are quite the value-added pieces of art and have price tags that reflect that! Still, gives some ideas for what one could do if one had the space to do it ~ Oh, like in The Workshop I envision as part of my triple-bottom-line enterprise, how ’bout that!
